Schools & Groups
Discover is the UK's first hands-on Story Centre, focusing exclusively on literacy and creativity through participatory projects, exhibitions and education programmes. We use stories and language to open up children's curiosity and imagination, and enable them to explore and express their ideas, hopes and feelings.
A visit to Discover helps pupils to devleop their speaking, listening and writing skills and to develop their love of stories.

During the session Discover's Story Builders tell the tale of how Anansi created his stories and then they will help your class to create magical stories of their own. The session lasts 90 minutes and includes drama activities, a sing-along and mask making.
