Have you ever wondered why horses are a symbol of freedom? Are horses everywhere the same? 

Our Summer exhibition features beautiful artwork from The Horse – Latvian Authors and Illustrators Catalogue. A collection of magical stories based around the theme of horses inspired these stunning illustrations. 

We are lucky to have some of the illustrators featured in the exhibition visiting us for craft events. Learn how to make picture books, paper aeroplanes, shadow puppets and more.

Swish with Moulded Theatre

Swish, swoosh, splosh! Welcome to the Ocean! Come and join the fun with Dotty, Blue and Olive on the reef – and help them watch out for the strange orange Tangle and other mysterious things that keep appearing in the ocean. Featuring puppetry, Makaton and plenty of audience interaction, Swish is a playful multisensory exploration of life underwater and the positive ways in which we can reduce plastic in the ocean.

Swish is suitable for complex needs audiences and groups.
